EXCELLENT Stay!
friendly staff paper map vintage decoration
The hotel staff was VERY friendly and provided detailed directions! The hotel also offered a large paper map. This was useful for navigating. The elevator made moving luggage easy. I liked the vintage decoration. It added charm to the place.
I found a layer of dust on the telephone in my room.

cleanliness room superb quality breakfast helpful staff tired decor insufficient heating worn duvet
i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. it. the location was conveniently near st mark's square, but not too close. breakfast was superb and the canteen maintained perfect cleanliness. the staff was really kind and helpful.
the decor in my room was a little tired. i found the bedside light insufficient for reading. the duvet felt quite worn. the heating in my large room wasn't fully sufficient.

mixed feelings about my stay
heater troubles cold room
the location was decent, putting me near to the main attractions.
my room was quite cold because the heater didn't worked properly, and i asked for a new room. the replacement room also had heater troubles, a real annoyance. it seems heaters are not in a good condition.

underwhelming experience
limited breakfast non-functioning lamp
the breakfast was limited (i expected more variety). i also found a non-functioning bedside lamp in my room. it was a minor inconvenience, but still, it impacted my stay. the staff did not seem particularly concerned when i reported it.

tiny bathroom rock solid
Honestly, I was a little disappointed. The room felt quite dated and the bathroom was TINY. It was hard to move around comfortably. Plus, the pillows were rock SOLID. I really struggled to get a good night's sleep.
